Standard Rate:

The cancellation is free of charge 14 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time you will be charged one night room rate if cancellation occurs 7 days prior to arrival and 50% of the total reservation cost, in case of no-show.

Non Refundable Rate:

For the non refundable offers and bookings the full amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

Group booking ( 2 rooms and more ):

Guests booking more than 2 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance. If cancelled or modified up to 40 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, full reservation cost will be charged.

Residence Policy

The hotel is situated in a residential area and we therefore kindly ask you to respect the local residents especially during noon and night (15.30-17.30 and 23.00-07.00).

Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. We would love to welcome you in person. However if your arrival time is inconvenient for our hostess to greed you personally you may enter the premise by using your special personal entrance codes send to you one day prior to your arrival. Guests are required to carry and show identification and credit card upon check-in.

Smoking is allowed only in all outdoor areas

Private parking is possible in the area (reservation is needed)
